Registration
Different possibilities are proposed for conference registration according to attendants needs, fees for the different options are:

The fee includes for all the attendants:
- Documentation
- Coffee breaks and lunch during all the conference.
- Proceedings published at the JoE
- Gala dinner and transportation to the Gala dinner
- Post conference tour (guided visit to Valencia)
Students fees also include registration to the Workshop.
At least one author of each paper (oral or poster) accepted for the special issue of the Journal of Electrostatics should be registered before 15th March as a mandatory requirement for publication.

Paper Presentation
Presenting authors must be registered at the Conference by 15th March 2009. Failure to register within the set deadline may make difficult the publication of their paper(s).
Each registered delegate cannot present more than two papers.
Cancellations
Cancellations received by post or fax by 31st April 2009 will be returned as an 80% refund. We regret that refunds will not be allowed for cancellations received after 1st May 2009.
